We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team.
The main aspects of this role are:
Supporting the sales team with various administrative duties
Managing the TM44 Air Conditioning project renewals
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with checking the Government register for expiry dates, compiling lists of sites, amending reports, sending out quotes and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team and reporting to the operations manager. You will need to deliver excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner and passing the information on to the appropriate teams.
As a person responsible for all of the Air Conditioning project renewals you will ensure the clients are contacted in a timely manner and renewal quotes sent out in collaboration with the service team providing renewal prices. The successful quotes would then need to be processed and passed onto the service team. All of the project stages are managed on the bespoke online database, training for which will be provided.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, as well as sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
