Green Zone Surveys, located in Cobalt Business Park, Tyne & Wear, is a premier Building Compliance and Energy Assessment specialist serving both SMEs and corporations alike. We are thrilled to continue our growth and are currently expanding our Account Management team.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the frontline contact for new clients, cultivating their interest in our services and nurturing the relationship throughout the sales cycle. We provide comprehensive technical training to enhance your industry knowledge and expertise, offering exceptional opportunities for career progression within our thriving organisation. What we expect from you:


  • Source new opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls and emails, employing a strategic sales approach to drive further growth.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring our services align with their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in closing sales and achieving monthly targets, contributing to the ongoing success of our organisation.

  • Conduct thorough desk-based research to identify new lead opportunities, staying ahead of market trends and developments.

  • Maintain organised records of client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily accessible.


What we require:


  • You must have a strong B2B sales background and account management experience with an ability to cross-sell

  • You have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

  • You will have the ability to prioritise workload while communicating clearly and openly with your manager

  • You’re commercially focused and able to prioritise effectively to drive revenue and achieve targets

  • You have strong IT and Communication skills

  • You have strong attention to detail and the ability to digest information in a dynamic environment


What we offer:


This is a full-time position, offering a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 to 5:00 PM. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team members, allowing you to enjoy your personal time and recharge outside of office hours. In addition to a good work-life balance, we offer competitive compensation packages. For the Account Manager position, we are offering a starting salary of £25,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, we have a highly rewarding performance-based commission structure that offers an achievable On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000.
