We are pleased to share some great news from the Green Zone Surveys team as we continue to expand our building compliance and energy assessment services across the UK and Ireland.
Nifemi joined Green Zone Surveys in September as a Project Surveyor and has already made a strong impression with his professionalism and commitment to high standards. Since joining, he has been working closely with our wider technical team to support clients across a range of projects.
We are delighted to announce that Nifemi has successfully completed his Sterling accreditation for TM44 air conditioning inspections, a significant milestone both for him personally and for Green Zone Surveys as a business.
What is a TM44?
TM44 inspections are a legal requirement in the UK for buildings with air conditioning systems that have a combined cooling output of 12kW or more. These inspections are designed to:

A TM44 inspection must be carried out by a fully accredited energy assessor, and reports must be lodged on the national register. Nifemi’s Sterling accreditation confirms that he has met strict industry standards for competency, technical understanding and professional practice. Sterling is a recognised UK accreditation body and for Green Zone Surveys’ clients in the South of England, this provides confidence that TM44 inspections are carried out accurately, professionally and fully in line with regulatory requirements.
