Due to sustained growth, our client is looking to recruit a talented Technical Sales Executive to join their already successful team based in Tyne & Wear, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Our client is a successful building compliance services company providing legally-required energy certification, water hygiene and air quality services to non-domestic clients across the UK, many of whom are household names. The company’s services are delivered via a team of expert in-house assessors, engineers and surveyors.
They are keen to find a candidate with the drive and ambition to contribute to the future growth and success of the company.
• Grow the company’s market share of building compliance services among non-domestic clients across the UK
• Promote the company’s services over the telephone, face-to-face & at industry events/shows
• Achieve agreed sales budgets.
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Liaise closely with Technical & Service Departments.
• Previous track record within building compliance services of promoting any of the following; TM44, DEC, EPC, TR/19, L8 or similar building and energy related products and services
• Established client contacts
• Experience of bid/tender writing
• Driven & disciplined
