Based in Wallsend, Tyne & Wear, we supply Building Compliance services to small and major clients throughout the UK. The successful person will be responsible for frontline contact of a pre-set quota of daily outbound calls to companies, generating and developing their interest in our services and then assisting with the closing of sales. Technical training will be given to enhance industry knowledge and expertise. Client visits may also be involved where considered beneficial.
• Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
• Develop and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs.
• Assist with the closing of sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research current accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Provide a fundamental supporting role to the Sales Development team.
• Undertake desk based research in identifying new lead opportunities.
• Keep well organised records for client interactions.
• Providing strong support to the Sales Development team with all new business whilst providing support to the customer service team regarding existing business.
